Total Error in Error Count Plots Inaccurate in Egress Dashboards

Description

The total error plots are inaccurate because they are stacked on top of the individual error count plots. For example, in the diagram below, although the total error count should be 1, it is incorrectly shown as 2 on the y-axis.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Send an erroneous request to the AI API (e.g., attempt to call a non-existent model using the OpenAI API).
2. Look at the egress error dashboard in OpenSearch dashboards.
