Replace internal WordPress links with NuxtLinks #116

In the Faust settings we can enable "Post and category url rewrites"
https://faustjs.org/reference/wordpress-plugin-settings#enabling-post-and-category-url-rewrites

This will result in absolute url's in the rendered content, which we would want to replace with NuxtLinks to have internal routing in the Nuxt app.
Provide configuration to allow the user to control this behaviour.
