As we don't have the Wildlife Watcher 2.0 built yet, we should create the Bluetooth app to communicate with the WW120 PCB.

Based on the Architectures_for_app_developer_24Nov23.pdf and theWeta_Watcher_2.0_Commissioning_App.pdf docs, the app:

Must

  • Work Off-Line
  • Android/iPhone
  • Enable/Disable Device
  • Report on Status

Should

  • Report on Battery Status
  • Report on LoRaWAN Status
  • Sync Date/time from mobile
  • Sync GPS Location from mobile

Could

  • Set Heartbeat Frequency
  • Set LoRaWAN Credentials
  • Reset device

The design of the app should match page #10 and #11 of the wireframe presentation.
