Enrich pages permissions by following common principles

Currently, page permissions are like this:

• Public
• Anyone with the link
• Only me
• Inside the group

This is great, but does not allow you to restrict the way people interact with pages. GROWI and it's users would benefit a lot if you could set read/write permissions as well.

For example, we could have a toggle to set if a page can only be read, or also modified by the selected scope. (A page could be public, but both read/write, as well as a page could be restricted to a group, but read-only.)

Another possible way to implement this would be:

• Group A is allowed to modify and read pages they're assigned to
• Group B is only allowed to read pages they're assigned to
