我在使用过程中发现个别接口目录组织不合适
典型的比如查询支付状态都是调用同一个接口同样的代码结果 payments 下几乎每种支付类型都实现了一次且代码几乎完全一致

这种明显是可以单独在 payments 下抽个 transaction的子目录来单独提供当然跟refund合并就更好
