It would be nice if the buttons could be configured in the backend #315

In the Page module the editor see the following buttons:

  • Translate (deepl) (autodetect)
  • Translate (deepl)
  • Translate (Google)
  • Translate (Google) (autodetect)

Please make sure that the buttons that are not required can be hidden by configuration.

Thank you :-)

Hello @peterbenke,
Thank you for your issue request.
Currently, we don't add new features to version 3, as the support is actually only for bugfixing and security.
In version 4 (Currently only EAP available) the support for Google Translation was removed, as we code announced in version 3.
The public release for version 4 (support for TYPO3 11 and 12) is planned for end of quarter 1 in 2024. I hope, this is fine for you.

Even if Google has now been removed, it would be desirable from a UX perspective if integrators could hide all buttons that the editorial team does not need. In my case, the button with the automatic recognition can be omitted, as it offers no added value but only presents the editorial team with an unnecessary decision.

A TSconfig option to do so would be great.
