Storage version 1 is not compatible with expected version 2 with Waves v1.5.3

I've already updated waves node and since last update I get 2 times the same error:

Storage version 1 is not compatible with expected version 2! Please, rebuild node's state, use import or sync from scratch

and then node stops.

First time I'd deleted all data dir and re-sync the hole blockchain, but now, working fine for 4 days I get the same error again.

Any suggestion how to solve it?
