Same here. Tried to fix it with an accesstoken for Jitpack. Now the error is Forbidden...

try
implementation 'com.github.warkiz:IndicatorSeekBar:v2.1.1'
instead of
implementation 'com.github.warkiz.widget:indicatorseekbar:2.1.2'

try implementation 'com.github.warkiz:IndicatorSeekBar:v2.1.1' instead of implementation 'com.github.warkiz.widget:indicatorseekbar:2.1.2'

This did the trick!
