This is just a feature request for a Jupyter Labs plugin/extension.
I currently use the chrome plugin with whitelisting, though it doesn't provide any information about projects*, filenames, save states etc, and personally, I try to avoid using chrome in favour of lightweight browsers.
The chrome extension also seems to log time that the browser tab is open but not being actively worked on, skewing the tracking further.
As a data scientist who works across multiple IDEs/editors, this would be incredibly valuable.
I have set up a filter in wakatime to set all jupyter traffic to project: "Jupyter Lab" and language: "Python", but having at least the name of the notebook in the heartbeats would allow me to set more specific project filters and combine it with data logged in other IDEs/editors.

I use Pycharm for measure my Python coding time. But when I use jupyter lab for analysis and exploration, it is not record. Jupyter lab or Jupyter Notebook plugin would be great.
