Describe the bug

Creator Companion creates too many shortcuts:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\VRChat Creator Companion\VRChat Creator Companion, Created by the installer
C:\Users\SZF\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\VRChat Creator Companion, created by VCC on launch
C:\Users\SZF\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Creator Companion, created by VCC on launch

To Reproduce

VCC will create shortcut into start menu folder on launch, sometimes multiple ones.

Expected behavior

The installer should create the shortcut, VCC itself should NOT, especially not without consent. A button the the settings to create a start menu shortcut is way better.

Thanks for the report.
While we'll look into whether or not we can clean up the created shortcut post-launch - it is being created by the framework we use, as it is enforced by its native side, so we do not have a way to stop it from creating a shortcut to begin with, unfortunately.

If you're curious - here's a relevant GitHub issue: tryphotino/photino.NET#85
