Hello, I would like to ask if the dataset presented in the article is compressed with the JPEG algorithm or it is uncompressed like the BreCaHAD dataset?

Hi

Data in CoNSeP are cropped from JP2 WSIs and so JPEG 2000 codec is used in the original files. After cropping the images, we don't do any further compression.
