What are you seeing

puppet-iis module documentation does not detail how to configure an IIS Application Pool to run with "No managed code" for ".NET CLR Version" (reference image), which is necessary for hosting .NET Core websites through IIS.

What behaviour did you expect instead

puppet-iis module contains documentation explaining how to configure an IIS Application Pool to run with "No managed code" for ".NET CLR Version".

Based on manage_app_pool.pp:22's validation, it looks like this module might not support this option at all, and that perhaps the issue should be remade to call out the lacking support.
