Creation of DigiPol branding pack

Could we put together a branding package for DigiPol?
We could add this into the wiki on this repo or link into the website.

I've found myself continually coming back to this issue to grab the logo and colour pallette, but it is limited.

At a minimum it would be great to have:

• Colour pallette list
• Icon and Title with transparent background (Light and Dark)
• Icon and Title with background (Light and Dark)
• Icon with transparent background (Light and Dark)
• Icon with background

Please comment any other variations that may be useful.
