A VIVO-demo docker image instance

We need a docker image which includes data and user accounts for easy demonstration of VIVO features.

Describe the solution you'd like
The VIVO image will run the last release of VIVO inside tomcat with home-data which includes data and user accounts (one instance of editor, one instance of self-editor, one instance of curator, one instance of system administrator). The Welcome to VIVO page should include information about user accounts. The VIVO-solr image will run Apache solr configured to work with VIVO which also includes indexes of vivo-home data. The first solution might be manually created, later we might also include a GitHub action which is creating images and depositing in hub docker.
