Describe the bug
When the state machine concept is activated states can be added via the context menue to ElementDefinitions, ElementConfigurations and ElementOccurences, but they should only be able to be added to StateMachines. Conversely states cannot be added to state machine via the context menue.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Activate State Machine concept
Model a ProductTree, ProductTreeDomain, ElementDefinition
Right click on the ElementDefinition
See that seperate states can be added
Expected behavior
States should only be able to be added to a StateMachine.
Furthermore the possibility to add states via the context menue in the tree to a Statemachine would increase the useability.
