On one hand, if you are part of a conversation and want to continue while looking around in 3rd person it's good that you can continue to do so. On the other hand once you start rotating the camera and noticing the position audio doesn't match up is strange. I see a couple different possibilities to address this here.
Possibility 1: spatial audio position remains paired the avatar head, but rotation responds to the camera direction (currently leaning towards this.)
Possibility 2: Some sort of toggle to switch from head position/rotation to camera position/rotation spatial audio.
Possibility 3: audio position is always locked to head, but rotation from camera or head can be toggled.
