Describe the bug
A contract was created between another companies VAS and our device. The contract was requested by another user of my company. If I try to delete the contract now, I get the confirmation, that it was cancelled, yet the contract is still there and active.
Also now the user, who originally requested the contract cannot delete it either.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
See contract id: d7979168-917d-4de0-bd60-8ad7bfe952e6

Expected behavior
contract should be deleted
