Currently cmd.python and cmd.python_entry_point cannot be in the env value as its serialized multi line.

This currently breaks:

task(
    name = "env",
    cmds = [
        "$command",
    ],
    env = {
        "command": cmd.python("print('hello world')"),
    },
)
