功能描述
当前 Certimate 是通过各厂商的 AccessKey 来进行自动签发证书并 Deploy 到服务器上的.
是否可以支持自行上传证书的公钥和私钥呢?

动机
目前国内还有不少阿里云 / 腾讯云以外的域名提供商 , 例如美橙互联等.
这些供应商没有提供 AccessKey 来操作域名解析. 不能做到自动签发.
所以还需要手动的方式获得证书文件并进行手动部署.

替代方案
目前尚无其他替代方案 , 只能在监控告警后手动处理. 辛苦作者考虑提供该功能 , 谢谢.
