Intro

My needs are "distributed" modular over some documents and using/referencing this needs the needimport directive is useful.
Depending on the :hide: option ALL imported needs are shown or not.
If i want complex filtering, some directives do support filtering in the content of the directive but the needimport directive does not.

What i want to achieve

Show only the imported needs, which are linked in this document.
The links should be "useable", so that i can see the content of the linked need

What i have tried

  1. Import the needs with needimport and :hide:

  2. Tried to needextract but get the error : Content for requested need not found. [needs.needextract]

  3. Import the needs with needimport and :hide:

  4. Show the needs in a needtable but cannot follow the link shown in the requirement that references this need

Possible solution

needextract should support imported, but not shown needs
Any help appreciated.
