Dynamikmodul

Das Dynamikmodul sorgt für Hintergrundaktivitäten und "Zufallsereignisse". Die "Zufallsaktion" aller X Minuten wird darüber gesteuert, sowie die Bedingungen einer neuen Zivilisation. Außerdem wird eine Wetterengine hier implementiert.
