Make the upframe logo clickable

Can we make it so that the upframe logo on top of every email template is clickable?

It probably makes sense that I take care of that when I rewrite the old templates—which I plan on doing anyway.

I transferred this issue here from the email service repo because the email service only compiles & sends the emails. The actual content of the emails, a.k.a the templates, are still going to live here.
