The STATA .ado file includes code for pathnames that separates directories with a \

This practice is compatible with PCs, but causes errors with Macs.

Replacing "" in pathnames with a "/" will allow the program to be used on both PCs and Macs without requiring additional edits by the use.

I concur with dabarnhart's message.
An easy solution would be to replace the string 'xxx' by 'xxx/'.
