/deposit and /withdraw a damaged item repairs said item

items tested on:
diamond axe (enchanted)
diamond helmet(enchanted)
Elytra

item durability from 20% to 1% when deposited. And when withdrawn back to inventory they are 95% to 100% repaired.
commands used:
/deposit
/withdraw all

Thanks a lot for this, I previously could not replicate the issue on my own. Will try to replicate it with the above items.
