  • get the Domain (done by @bemayr)
  • create an initial page, probably based off the uncodeference site
  • document the website like André Staltz does it with his callbags library, if we do it like this, contributing should be easy, because the code literally is the documentation.
  • set up Travis CI
  • set up GitHub Pages

My suggestion is to use gatsby.js for the website, because we originally have been a React Meetup, it will be static content, it's easy to build, it supports markdown and people can use it for learning/contributing.

Hi! This week I have time on thursday and weekend to work on this.
Can we talk about how do you imagine the website and the gatsby usage?

Hi @PopradiArpad :) I think we would need help to make the website responsive. I will work this week to fill the rest of the information. I know we are mixing data here, but I meant the repo uncodeference.website because we will use the same codebase for the meetup in the future.

Hi @PopradiArpad!
Sorry, I've been on vacation and was off my laptop, but thanks for your commits and the PR, it looks much better now, I'm gonna take a look at how we could write awesome responsive components with css-in-js and Functional Components, I had a bit of a discussion with A. Sharif about that on Twitter, but maybe that will be a topic for a future meetup ;)

And concerning the unmeetup website, uncodeference.website was more important for now, but I dream of sharing the components for both "projects" and use those as a demonstration for the power of well applied css-in-js.

Also Thanks @juanluisgv1 for commenting and accepting!
We (@uncodeference/organizers) talked about creating a few issues in the uncodeference.website and working from there then. When we find the time to set up the unmeetup website I'm gonna ping this issue.
