The packagist identifier still runs under the old silverstripe/dashboard rather than unclecheese/dashboard: https://packagist.org/packages/silverstripe/dashboard
Try to manually update the module on the website, not sure if packagist is smart enough to detect the change though. Otherwise contact the packagist guys via contact@packagist.org. You can't delete the package since it has too many installs, packagist disallows that.
