Subteam Lead Meeting Responsibilities

• Members don't join a subteam, they join auton, however every ticket has an associated subteam
• Subteam leads are the owner of a subsystem, they are accountable for its functionality and its tickets
• Run 3 "office hours" style auton meetings during the week, members expected to choose at least 2 to attend
• Each meeting will have two leads present, leads should be knowledgeable in all subsystems
• Every Sunday, all of auton required group meeting for ticket distribution and check in
• Initially ticket assignment is a scheduled activity, can probably move toward ticket assignment by request later on
• In order to be prepared for ticket assignment, auton leads need to meet on Sunday to decide next weeks ticket priorities

Aim to collaborate, plan, and test on Sundays. Aim to code up tickets on weekdays.

Training project

• Completed by 09/11, check in on 09/04
• Should be built out of mrover-ros with code stubs provided, requires working dev setup
• Merges percep, nav, loc, and sim concepts into one project guided via a wiki page
• Should be doable in a completely async fashion in case new members join
• Localization takes in GPS/IMU and sends a pose estimate to TF -> perception finds a tag and estimates the pose with the depth reading -> nav takes the pose estimate of the rover and the tag and figures out how much to turn and drive forward
