Sugiyama et al have submitted a new scaling for bootstrap current, based on a large database of runs using ACCOME. The paper is still under review so should remain confidential for the time being. I am writing this issue so we don't forget.

I admit this looks a little ropy.
Proposed title: Improvement of core plasma power balance model for tokamak systems code considering H-mode plasma profiles
Proposed solution
The surrogate model is a simple power-law scaling in the variables listed in the table above.
