Change image size directly in document

A mockup for an idea to quickly change the size of an image without having to enter the image properties dialog. The benefit: authors can see the different size options right away instead of having to enter and exit the dialog. The cons: UIs in the slate document is always more fiddly and could be difficult to implement.

In this mockup, the px button would either expand to show width and height inputs or just go to the dialog
