Widget embed code available for draft instances

The embed mode toggle is still toggle-able for draft widgets, though the URL generated in the corresponding text field is not constructed properly. Ideally, the toggle should be disabled (and in fact, the whole sharing section visibly disabled in a way that better indicates the current instance is a draft)
