I don't get the login interface when i boot my PC #58

Machine:
HP Probook 4th generation

OS:
Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
64-bit
GNOME 42.9
Windowing system X11

Issue:
When I try to power off my PC it gets rebooted by it's own then it takes me directly to home interface without asking for auth credentials
