Batch ingest - kill batch feature

Problem
When a batch ingest fails due to an unforeseen exception in the metadata or files, the batch ingest Drive tool hangs in there and the batch is stuck (the 'In progress' UI message does not resolve to 'Completed').

Solution
I'd like to be able to kill batches in progress and examine the metadata / files to diagnose the problem, then try again.

Alternatives
A more comprehensive error / validation and messaging would help but we would still need the kill option.

• This is a feature request to capture platform-agnostic needs. To be considered for current ERA (jupiter) or future platforms (e.g. DSpace).
