On https://conductr.lightbend.com/docs/2.1.x/Install#installing-conductr-core-on-the-first-machine,

We tell the user to use conduct members to ensure the core is up but at this point we haven't described where conduct comes from (Answer: CLI), nor how to install the CLI.
