Release an official Windows build in GitHub releases, consider adding to scoop and/or Chocolatey

There is no link to an official Windows version in the GitHub release or on the website.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have official Windows builds available in the GitHub releases. Even cooler would be porting this to native Windows without MSYS2 in the future.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Build it myself or dig up some random build from CI.

Additional context
There is a MSYS2 build in CI, but it is not released along with the other releases in GitHub actions.
