Overall core clock is not available for zen 4 cpu (7840HS) #12

Overall core clock is not available to monitor for zen 4 cpu (7840HS). This is probably due to the cpu being a new architecture. I hope that it can be added. I can only monitor clock for a certain core, not overall like I can in HWINFO
