How much will this cost?

I'm particularly after an upper limit as I want to put my case for attending in ASAP.

Do we know what the last few years have been? It seem amazingly good value last time I went.

I think 2 prices works: one for attending from an organisation and one for self-funders.

Those prices would be ~£500 (invoiced by my company, inclusive of VAT) and ~£250 (no vat - pay the venue directly). The Yorkshire venue is cheaper than CP.

I've previously made a loss twice on TH, so I'd like to recoup a bit towards that, even though I'm not doing the leg work this time - if that's ok with folks?

So, Theo, if you put upper limit of £500 in (inclusive of vat), how does that sound?

so @Stray do we need to work out a final cost, working in expected numbers and cost of venue? do you need help with that?

Ta Neil - we'll go with:
£250 for self-funders / freelancers (non-vat - pay the venue directly)
£500 for company funded (including vat - invoiced by my company)

That will allow me to recoup some of my previous losses - the amount recouped will obviously alter based on numbers of attendees, but that'll just impact the costs next time around.

@Stray how many do we need confirmed and paid up by next week to make booking the house viable? Ie so you arn't putting up your own money.
Otherwise we can book the smaller cottages perhaps?
