Lower cased links don't work correctly

I am receiving emails about new resources in our OTRS project. Most resources are written in CamelCase, but the links are all lower case, so I can't just click the link in the email and get to the new resource - it points me to the page not found message.

The link that I received: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/OTRS/resource/generalcatalog/

The link that I would expect: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/OTRS/resource/GeneralCatalog/
