Support MFA caching for development

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our Snowflake developer accounts are locked down with MFA. When I try to run this target through Meltano, I have to authenticate MANY times (even after setting parallelism to 1). It would be nice if this package supported MFA caching as described here.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just pushing the authenticate button a bunch every time I need to test, but that's quite cumbersome.
