Could the dependencies be changed to the official NuGet packages?

This project is using a few dependencies that have been copied (source code) instead of using the official NuGet packages:

• Concentus.OggFile (NuGet, GitHub)
• Concentus (NuGet, GitHub)
• ID3 (NuGet, GitHub)

I tried to find the origin commit and the differences of each of those dependencies:

Concentus.OggFile

• Origin commit: lostromb/concentus.oggfile@774734a
• Changes made:
  • Project has been updated to .NET Standard 2.0
  • Several changes to OpusOggWriteStream.cs

Concentus

• Origin commit: lostromb/concentus@b14383a (master)
• Changes made:
  • Project has been updated to .NET Standard 2.0
  • Small change in VQ.cs (celt_div -> celt_subdiv)
  • Several small changes in Inlines.cs

ID3

• Origin commit: JeevanJames/Id3@299a702 (not too sure about this one)
• Changes made:
  • Added JetBrains.Annotations
  • Various other changes (this is why I'm not sure I got the right commit)

Question

My question would be, whether it would be possible to use the official NuGet packages instead of having the code copied.
Of course the changes made are most likely necessary for correct operation of the entire application, however I would consider:

• Opening PRs in the respective repositories with the proposed changes, since I assume they are beneficial not only for this project.
• Forking the respective projects if they are not maintained anymore.
• Switching to an entirely different library if one exists.
