mirroring capability to override the dependencies trough the init of store.

Ref: pointfreeco/swift-composable-architecture#1844

Blocker: We need to update the dependencies code (our current code base outdated with latest dependencies changes), so we will need to do vendoring first the Swift-Dependencies
