becas is a web application, API and widget for biomedical concept identification.
It finds and annotates over 1,200,000 biomedical concepts in texts and PubMed abstracts, and enriches them with references to public knowledge resources. You can read more about becas at http://bioinformatics.ua.pt/becas/about.
