Describe the bug, optionally with screenshots
For months now, the Uqbar Core app tile has failed to update its metadata, even as I push new data to the desk's desk.docket-0 file. On multiple ships (maybe all ships?) the tile still looks like this:
Screenshot 2023-04-26 at 1 22 18 PM

This is even when the desk.docket-0 file looks like this:

:~
  title+'Uqbar Core'
info+'The wallet and block explorer from Uqbar'
  color+0xf2.f3ef
  version+[0 1 3]
  website+'https://uqbar.network'
  license+'MIT'
  image+'https://hodzod-walrus.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/hodzod-walrus/2022.9.12..23.15.34-R8S9LBS4.png'
  base+'uqbar'
  glob-http+['https://ziggurat-app-distro.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/glob-0v4.jd5dq.vf157.5fb2n.qk722.vfokt.glob' 0v4.jd5dq.vf157.5fb2n.qk722.vfokt]
==

Note: the file looks like this both on the distributor ship and on the ship seeing the outdated tile. Something is causing the UI not to update on the ship with the software installed. The version number and the "last updated" date specifically are several versions out of date.

To Reproduce
Not sure -- have only experienced this issue with one app, Uqbar Core at ~dister-dozzod-bacdun/zig

Expected behavior
Tile info should update on every change to desk.docket-0 on distributor

Additional context:

  • Ship type: moon
  • Instance type: VPS hosted, up to date in vere/urbit
  • OS/browser: seen on many browsers, many ships.

I am now seeing this issue for most of my apps, btw, not just Uqbar Core. Tiles seem to be falling out of date fairly consistently, even as the underlying app receives updates like normal.

@dr-frmr Thanks, we're prioritizing this for the next Landscape release.
