Galaxy Buds Live (Vietnamese) - Not detected

So an interesting one which caused me to stumble on this app.

My Samsung Galaxy buds live do not connect in this or the official android app.

I've purchased some Samsung Galaxy buds live that appear to be for the Vietnamese market. Following a chat with Samsung UK they advised the model I purchased is for the Vietnamese market and contains different parts. These different parts force the official Galaxy Wearable app not to detect the buds, although they do connect to Android and Windows no problem. The apps just fail to detect or connect.

Is there anyway your app can be made to work with this alternative model. I can't get my brain around why the official Samsung app blocks the connection!
