A SMS-based Q&A web application.

Usage – a person without the Internet:

• Send a text with the question: e.g. "How much does the cable car cost in Tbilisi?".
• Receive a text with the answer: e.g. "Q: How much does the cable car cost in Tbilisi? A:1 GEL for the ride and 2 GEL for the transportation card if you don't have one".

###Usage – people on the web app accessing the app from Georgia:

• See a question: e.g. "How much does the cable car cost in Tbilisi?".
• Click "Answer".
• Respond with a short answer "1 GEL for the ride and 2 GEL for the transportation card if you don't have one".
