On this screen:

No less than 5 times I have tried to scroll to the bottom and accidently altered a setting because of the drag/drop feature.

Drag/drop is a web UX standard, not mobile.

Feature Description

Make each of the drag drop items a list, or, if they need to be ordered, it should be a touch and hold for 3+ seconds before moving.

Alternative Solutions

An undo popup.
