我认为merge一下有利于TSlib的使用体验，因为本身不会影响TSlib的结构，也完善了json的方案。

虽然json不会匹配默认的缺省项目，但json可以更加方便的查看全部设定细节，甚至保存部分运行参数。

可以尝试一下，TSL又迭代了几版，现在的兼容性没测试
