Doesn't want to install via the back-office

i am running site in Umbraco v7.6.2

trying to install via back-office gives error - 'can't retrieve package with GUID...'
tried to install via local package - just hangs on upload bar.

files seem to get uploaded into the App_Data folder, but does not go further.

any ideas??

NB back-office install for other packages works on same site

There was an issue with zip. I have recreated it and it now works fine if you download the zip from https://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/sitelock/

Strangely I still cannot install it from the package manager in Umbraco. We're still looking into the package manager issue. But at least you can download it now.
