What is the current behavior?

When you save a device with a desired capability containing json arguments as a favorite device in the adhoc run page, you get an error.
In the database, you can see that everything is OK (adhoc_run_configurations table) but you can't add any devices anymore or select old ones.
If you delete the line inserted, everything is back to normal

What is the expected behavior?

The device with the desired capability is available in the Favorites menu

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Select a Test Case
  2. Click on Run
  3. Select a device with chrome for example
  4. Add this desired capability : goog:chromeOptions / {"args":["incognito", "no-sandbox", "disable-logging", "disable-features", "disable-extensions", "disable-sync", "no-first-run"]}
  5. Click on Save as Favorite (you 'll get an error)
  6. Click on Cancel and click Run again and you won't see the menu Favorites anymore
