Windows does not recognize Interfaces 1+2 as a COM port #218

This is due to all of them begin registered as WinUSB devices. This needs to be patched in the firmware, and might result in another Windows drivers snafu to fix properly.

On the other hand, this doesn't impact normal operation at all. For the rest, there's https://github.com/tcr/t2-serial

0_o I've never encountered this on windows (I've also been using windows almost all day today)
