Description
Current issue with gathering information for capture sink is that there is no endpoint CFE-18 that returns IP and PORT when requesting with Flow and L7 combination. Should implement an endpoint that returns such values with before mentioned keys.

Issue is that now the object has to rely on GET ALL endpoint and parse the whole list of sinks in order to use correct values. This is in CaptureSink.java in CFE_41.
